I have been writing fanfiction for over 4 years. As you can see I write romance and one's with a lot of drama. There isn't much to say about me.
Future Plans
I plan on finishing Hopelessly Devoted To You in a few months. This is turning out to be a really long fanfic! After this, I am planning on re-vamping Shattered Hearts as I like the idea but not the way I wrote it. Also, I plan to post a Christian story in the near future. This will probably be up at the same time as the Shattered Heart's new chapters, so if you aren't interested you have something else to read! I have a few story ideas floating around (as you can see on my profile). Hopefully those will be up sometime this year. Lastly, I Kissed A Superhero should be finished either in a few weeks or after Hopelessly is done.

Me:
I'm a German chick in her twenties. I started writing when I was still very young - but more original stuff than stealing other characters and settings
. I began to write fan fiction back in the days as well (like Final Fantasy ones), but never made anything public. Until a few months ago, hoho!I'm not a native speaker so my fics in English are exercises to learn and improve for me. However, I equipped myself with a fine beta reader some time ago – "IzumiTheMoogle" - so I hope the text flows without too much disturbances
Past:
Since it is my current obsession I've only uploaded FMA fiction for now. And to be more specific RoyxRiza fiction only, so mainly romance and humor. Those are my favorite genres anyway. And my OTP! ;D
The stories are all pretty short. I particularly like how "King & Queen" turned out.
Present:
My current project "I will wait for you" (the one that got nominated here and to my utter bewilderment won) is my first long story and thus a challenge. But still a real joy to write, so I'm happy that I decided to write and publish it. Yes, I first thought of not doing it.
My main inspiration for that one was a song and the particular piece will actually be revealed in the next chapter (#9) … that will hopefully be up already at the time you read this T_T' It's in beta phase as I write this.
Inspirations:
I often get inspired by music and like to listen to it while I write. What kind? Depends a lot on my mood and the mood I'm aiming for in the story. So it's pretty much anything from Tchaikovsky to Rammstein to Muse. Other inspirations are the series and characters themselves (d'oh
) and things taken out of life – the source of all good and bad.Future:
"I will wait for you" will go on for quiet a while and it's my priority, so you won't see that many other stories apart from it. I still write some short ones so the future may hold a few more FMA fics with different characters at their center. An Alphonse centric one is half done actually. And I also like other series and games … *hinthint*
But my time is limited (specially at the moment T_T) and I prefer to concentrate on "IWWFY" for now and work on anything else lurking in my head when I need a change of pace.
I'm still totally amazed that people exist who enjoy what I write, so winning this came totally out of the blue. I was already baffled by the nomination *sniffs*. Thanks a lot!

Best Fan Fiction Runner-Up: Singer1108 Hi there! My name is Courtney, I'm 18 years old, and I'm a Fan Fiction writer. I started writing these kinds of stories when I was 15, but they were never anime related. In fact, I actually didn't start getting into anime until I was about 17. Once I was introduced to Bleach, I immediately fell in love with the idea of IchiRuki, and began writing almost immediately. Within a matter of a month and a half, I had cranked out nearly 25 stories, all IchiRuki related. Even now, that number still shocks me. I don't know what inspires my stories, they all just kinda happen. Sometimes I'll get an idea in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping, and I get up to write it down so I don't forget it. Other times, I'll just be sitting in my room listening to music, and a song will come on that makes me think of IchiRuki, and I write out a story to it. There have even been times where I just start writing a poem and it manifests itself into something Bleach related, haha. I do plan on continuing my writing; maybe take on a poetic approach to some stories. I love writing Fan Fictions, and love receiving feedback from my fans, so I doubt this is something I'll ever give up. It's what makes me happy, and people enjoy what I write, why would I want to lose something like that?
